This tool abstraction package is designed
in the context of the Freedom CPU project.
It can be contributed by anyone in total
freedom, as long as the "Copyleft" is
respected.

This particular part of the project is
potentially very useful to others, even
outside of the F-CPU Project and it could
contribute to a better homogenisation of
existing and future compilations scripts,
so let's make it cristal clear.

Like other tools designed by the F-CPU
team, it is distributed under the terms
of the GNU GPL : you can use it for your
home/school/company projects, whether you
contribute to F-CPU or not.

However, in a trait of mutual fairness,
we would like that modifications are also
redistributed with the same freedoms
ttached as when you got it first, that is :
with no ties.

Indeed, the goal of this package is to
remove the ties between the VHDL code and
the many different tools. Hope you apreciate
it and can contribute back.

I don't think it will become a full F-CPU
subproject (after all, we reinvent the wheel
all the time so why make something serious ?
:-D) but the latest F-CPU sources, which
contain this package, are available from
the usual F-CPU websites (currently
f-cpu.seul.org/new).

For more legal licensing terms, look at
the of the GNU GPL and the F-CPU
charter/license.
